The scale of this scale ranges from 0 to 14.

 it is used to measure the acidity or alkalinity of a skin.

What pH level is right for the skin?

If the pH level is below 0 to 6, acne-prone, oily skin, redness and inflammation will occur, if it is below 8 to 14, sensitive, sun damage, dryness and wrinkles will occur, the pH level between these two is the right level for the skin.
